Dear Media Bridges Producers,

At long last the Media Bridges digital playback system has been fully installed. In making ready for the September 1st programming switchover there are new DVD submission requirements that must be strictly adhered to for the best possible service and the fewest possible problems.

Only One Program on a DVD Will Be Accepted. Pre-Roll is no longer required.

Programs are due One Week before first program playback day.

The DVD and DVD case must be labeled exactly. Media Bridges will have labels available at front desk and a template available on our website. The DVD case must be labled with the following information:

Method of Recording (circle one): IDVD, Set Top DVD Recorder, DVDit, OTHER

Run Time:

Date of Submission:

1st Day of Scheduled Playback:

Name of Producer:

Contact #:

DVDs that are not labeled correctly will be rejected. As of September 1st Media Bridges will only accept DVDs for playback.

Producers will be able to pick up their DVDs at the completion of your first playback date. Please bear with us while we are working the kinks out of our new system. Your cooperation and consideration in bringing this effort to fruition is greatly appreciated.
